Description:
We are seeking a Senior Interior and Exterior Designer with over two years of experience in commercial interior & exterior design and architecture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in 3D Design / Interior & Exterior Design
- Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution
- Proficiency in preparing 3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings
- D5 and Animation skills
- Revit experience is a must
- Proficiency in 3D Max, V Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Auto Cad Basic
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations
- Knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques
- Ability to undertake diverse tasks, prioritize work, and meet fixed deadlines
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, accuracy, confidence, and pride in work
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the practice and its work
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior & Exterior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of interior & exterior design experience in Dubai working with a leading architectural practice
- Extensive knowledge and experience in designing projects
- Proficiency in developing and visualizing design concepts using various tools and techniques
