We are looking for talented Interior Designer to support our team in Dubai and deliver better performance to our professional environment. Talented, dynamic and visionary. Proficiency in design, modeling and visualization tools and has the passion to push the boundaries of your skills. The ability to illustrate your ideas and present your work. The position requires a collaboration with our design and technician teams. Passion always drives your work and stimulates your desire for wider and positive impact on people's life and environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide design leadership within our architectural practice and vision. Design talent and ability to communicate and generate strong design ideas is a key component of this role.

· Management of multiple projects.

· Ability to develop and coordinate, along with the Design Architect where applicable, project’s interior design, materials and palette and FFE as a whole

· Responsibility to client meetings, design mood boards, reports and presentations.

· Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.

· Responsibility of keeping all phases of a project on schedule.

· Producing precise schedules and work progress on excel.

· Prepares 3d sketches & renderings is required.

· Production of basic CAD drawings whenever required.

· Coordinates and reviews production drawings and construction documents.

· Checking specification suitability requirements in specific environments.

· Oversight and participation in production of design award submissions

· Identify and direct project photography, written descriptions, and other media in support of building the firm's portfolio

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of professional experience.

· Candidates should be graduated with a degree in a field relating to architecture, interior design, or similar.

· Proficiency in 2d drawings, 3d modeling, rendering engines, post production and presentation tools.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

· Good communication skills in English language

· Energetic and eager to learn.
