Role Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer at Caspaiou, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our design legacy for luxury residential villas. Leveraging your expertise in 3D modeling and technical detailing, you will lead the creation of innovative and sophisticated design concepts that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of design concepts for luxury residential villas, ensuring a balance of innovation and sophistication.
- Utilize advanced 3D modeling techniques to visualize design concepts and provide compelling representations.
- Apply extensive knowledge of technical detailing to ensure seamless execution of design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.
- Contribute to the development of mood boards, detailed sketches, and 3D models that reflect our elevated aesthetic.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury residential interior design, materials, and furnishings.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing client needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy in design execution.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Interest in or experience with Midjourney or other AI solutions is a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
- Proficiency in Sketchup and autocad is a must, photoshop and/or 3DS Max a bonus .
- Strong portfolio showcasing academic and professional projects, with an emphasis on 3D modeling and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
