Description:
WF Architects are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Interior Designer to lead our Residential Interior Design team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Interior Design (ID) team, ensuring efficient work progress and adherence to project timelines.
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, formulate interior design presentation strategies, and provide active creative leadership to the ID team.
- Perform complex interior design assignments, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines efficiently. Coordinate multiple projects seamlessly throughout all stages, from pre-design concept to concept design, design development, tender documentation, and post-design.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure all phases are executed according to established timelines.
- Present projects through various phases to the CEO and clients, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing queries.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design concepts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UAE and have UAE experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in residential sector, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of design software such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, external consultants, product representatives, and suppliers.
