Senior Interior Designer

I’m looking for a Senior Interior Designer (Retail & Leisure / Mixed-Use) to join a leading global architecture and interior design consultancy headquartered in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on spearheading innovative retail and leisure projects, combining creative vision with technical expertise. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with brand standards.

What the role involves:

✨ Leading projects from concept to completion, including design, renovations, furnishings, lighting, and color schemes

✨ Translating client vision into realized designs while keeping brand standards in mind

✨ Preparing CAD drawings, storyboards, and renderings

✨ Coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers

✨ Managing budgets, timelines, and resources

✨ Mentoring junior designers and staying on top of industry trends

✨ Sourcing materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes

Requirements:

✅ 8–10 years’ experience, ideally in retail, leisure, or mixed-use projects

✅ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

✅ Experience with key retail or leisure operators

✅ Strong team and client management skills

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

✅ Experience with projects in the UAE is highly valued
