What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Designers, Engineers) to build cutting-edge digital products.
• Contribute across the full tech stack—backend services, APIs, databases, and DevOps infrastructure.
• Apply Agile practices and modern development methodologies.
• Drive CI/CD automation, testing, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion engineering excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java enterprise applications.

✅ Strong in Java 7/8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, ORM, Maven.

✅ Expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture.

✅ Skilled with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

✅ Hands-on with Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL.

✅ Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, SSO, LDAP.

✅ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), Git, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).

✅ Strong grasp of design patterns, distributed systems, and application security.

✅ Experience with TDD/BDD, JUnit, and familiarity with functional programming is a plus.

✅ Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
