Senior Lab Technician

Description:

CCECC Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Lab Technician to join its team for a prestigious infrastructure project in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in road and infrastructure works who can ensure laboratory testing meets the highest quality and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will perform laboratory and field testing, prepare accurate reports, and work closely with QA/QC and site teams. A strong understanding of Dubai infrastructure standards, DCL procedures, and RTA specifications is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory and field testing for soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate materials

• Ensure testing activities comply with DCL procedures, Dubai Municipality, and RTA specifications

• Prepare accurate test reports and maintain laboratory documentation

• Coordinate with QA/QC engineers and site teams to support project quality requirements

• Monitor testing processes and ensure timely reporting of results

• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure testing is carried out according to established standards

• Support quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or road construction projects

• Mandatory experience working on UAE/Dubai infrastructure projects, with RTA project experience preferred

• Hands-on experience with Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) requirements and procedures

• Strong knowledge of:

• Soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing

• Dubai Municipality and RTA specifications

• Laboratory and field testing, reporting, and QA/QC coordination

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
