A fast-growing FMCG trading company specializing in personal care, beauty, and makeup brands is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join its Dubai-based operations team. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with strong UAE market exposure who can manage end-to-end logistics activities while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete logistics operations, including imports, exports, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to UAE regulations.
• Manage all logistics-related documentation, inventory movement, and shipment tracking processes.
• Resolve logistics issues proactively to avoid delays and operational disruptions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Senior Logistics Coordinator within FMCG or trading companies.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant UAE logistics experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of UAE import, export, and customs clearance procedures.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling personal care, beauty, or cosmetic products will be considered an added advantage.
