Role Profile:
- Act as the interface and single point of contact from the Central Digital & Marketing Division with the brands across retail, food and beverage and wellness sectors
- Expected to build in-depth brand knowledge by partnering with the Marketing Directors and Managers to understand the key brand business questions, their brand equities and knowledge gaps
- Guide the Customer & Market Knowledge team to drive the business questions, research designs and approach which will inform the influencer strategy
- Develop customer & country-based (UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Egypt) recommendation before business planning cycle with the Marcom team by brand to get the maximum out of the marketing budget
- Deliver social influencer strategic campaign approach and content strategy with the brands in line with business/marketing objectives
- Identify key influencers/content partners to work with and keep the roster up to date in line with market advances
- Ensure influencer engagement with the brand and over time understand what builds influencer brand advocacy across all business sectors
- Localised consumer relevant approach to ensure audience engagement
- Follow through with the Marketing Communication team and other divisions within the Digital division (Ecom, CRM, CS, Data Sciences) to bring plans to life in a customer centric OMNI channel approach
- Measure campaign impact in a databased approach linking back to business/marketing objectives
- Build capabilities within the individual brands and across the whole marketing organization
- A critical analytical eye on the business to proactively spot possibilities of growth and reach out to make them happen

WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Influencer and content and/or PR experience
- Existing relationships with both media and influencers regionally
- Deep understanding of current and immerging social channels
- Ability to create unique concepts to cut through the clutter and engage with both the influencer and their audiences
- Arabic language an advantage
