Our client is a prominent global gifting company, recognized for its extensive range of innovative products and exceptional customer experiences.
We are seeking a qualified Marketing Manager with a background in E-Commerce, or Gifting industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features, Brand Awareness)
- Develop, Design and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
Job Requirements
- Work experience in Marketing , preferably within the E-commerce industry with minimum 5 years’ experience
- Experience in running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mind.
