Senior Mechanical Engineer (mep)

Description:

We are hiring a Site-Based Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP) to lead the execution of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems on a major project in Abu Dhabi. This role requires strong on-site supervision skills and deep knowledge of local authority standards and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise mechanical works on-site (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage).
Coordinate with other disciplines and resolve site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with UAE codes and authority requirements (ADDC, Civil Defense, Estidama).
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure correct site implementation.
Support project progress monitoring, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of MEP site experience (preferably in UAE/GCC).
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and UAE regulations.
Immediate availability is preferred.
