The Role
As a Senior Planning Executive, you will help develop the media planning and strategy across various clients. You are detail-oriented and solutions-driven, and focus on day-to-day management of both offline and digital media. You also have experience in analyzing reporting data to make informed decisions and recommendations based on the client’s marketing objectives.
Main responsibilities would be:
· Develop and lead on strategic media plans based on client marketing objectives.
· Conduct thorough market and audience analysis to identify target demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Utilize this data to refine media strategies.
· Manage client requests while ensuring proper and timely delivery of projects at hand.
· Efficient use of qualitative and quantitative research to develop insights and apply to the planning approach.
· Oversee the successful launch of campaigns.
· Continuously monitor media campaigns and performance metrics. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.
· Ability to work on Competitive reports and knowledge of Digital performance metrics.
· Pre and Post evaluation of media campaigns such as TV.
· Execute media campaigns across Offline channels such as but not limited to Print, Radio, TV, Cinema, OOH.
· Plan digital marketing campaigns and activities across all channels, such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic.
Right Candidates would ideally have:
· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar agency role with UAE and regional experience.
· Experience with Media Research Tools.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box.
· Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skills.
· Able to define problems and recommend solutions.
· Multi-tasking skills with the ability to deliver as per deadlines.
· Ability to work within a team and independently.
