Save Fast Training Academy in Dubai is currently looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Medical Instructor to join its team. This position is ideal for a professional with strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities who can oversee training programs while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in the UAE.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical education, managing compliance requirements, and contributing to the development of healthcare training standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver clinical training sessions in accordance with industry standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with DCAS regulations and DHA requirements during training operations
• Prepare and support the organization during inspections and regulatory evaluations
• Oversee training quality, ensuring all programs meet professional and safety standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to training staff while maintaining operational efficiency

Requirements:
• Must hold valid certifications such as DCAS, AREMT, and AHA/ASHI (BLS & ACLS)
• Proven experience handling DCAS inspections and maintaining DHA compliance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills
• Valid UAE driving license along with own vehicle is required
• Candidates must be eligible for company visa sponsorship (mandatory requirement)
