Senior Mep Engineer

Kabri International Co. LLC is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This role is suited for a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all MEP activities on-site, ensuring seamless coordination between different disciplines, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires hands-on experience from project initiation to completion, along with the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all MEP activities on-site, ensuring proper coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Review, evaluate, and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications in line with project and authority requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities such as DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defence for approvals and inspections
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site personnel

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related MEP field
• 8 to 12 years of experience in MEP engineering, including at least 5 years in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defence
• Proficiency in MEP software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office applications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Immediate availability will be given priority
