• Experience: 5 to 7 years in MEP procurement
• Industry: Construction / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for MEP materials and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet material requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and market trends.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and procurement strategies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
