Description:
The Senior Operations Executive manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support. He/She also handles tour assignments. He/She has overall control over day-to-day operations.
He/She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills. He/She guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues. He/She is able to think clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules.

· Excellent knowledge in GDS. Amadeus is a must
· Good knowledge in airline’s policy regarding ticketing, reissuance and cancellation.
· Strong ability in team management and team motivation.
· Strong sense of responsibility, efficient implementation and ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated.
· Excellent communication in English, Arabic is a plus
· Working experience in Online Travel Agency is a must.
· Work direction and development for a team of executives & TL Team management handling a team of Travel.
· Coaching & Feedback providing adequate feedback & coaching to improve employee morale & contribute directly to team performance.
· Attrition & Absenteeism Adherence to attrition & absenteeism targets aligned as per goals Employee Development provide learning opportunities to team & succession planning Monthly.
