WE ARE HIRING: Senior Planning Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Auditor to carry out independent planning audits, perform delay analyses, and verify compliance with contractual and project-control standards on large construction and contracting projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and established project control frameworks, and will support project teams in assessing time extensions, claims, and schedule integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive planning audits and reviews of baseline and updated project schedules.
• Perform delay and forensic schedule analyses to identify causes, impacts, and entitlement for EOT/claims.
• Assess compliance with contract requirements, including FIDIC conditions, and advise on remedial actions.
• Validate project control procedures, reporting accuracy, and the application of scheduling best practices.
• Prepare clear, evidence-based audit reports and recommendations for project and commercial teams.
• Work closely with planners, project managers, contracts teams, and stakeholders to resolve scheduling disputes.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years’ proven experience in project planning, project controls, or planning audits within contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of project audits, Entitlement to Time (EOT), claims handling, and FIDIC contract provisions.
• Proven expertise with Primavera P6 and other project control/scheduling systems.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce well-structured audit documentation.
• Effective communication skills and experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
