Senior Planning Engineer

Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling for large-scale high-rise developments. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing project timelines, identifying delays, and preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims using industry-standard methodologies such as Window Analysis, Impacted As-Planned, or Time Impact Analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling
• Proven track record in high-rise construction projects
• Deep knowledge of EOT practices and delay analysis techniques
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Excellent reporting, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update detailed project schedules
• Perform critical path and delay analysis
• Prepare and defend EOT claims in coordination with project teams
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure accurate project tracking
• Provide weekly and monthly planning reports and forecasts
