Senior Planning Engineer

Metac General Contracting Company is currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to oversee and manage project schedules for residential villa developments in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring that construction timelines are effectively planned, monitored, and executed in alignment with project objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in construction planning tools and methodologies, along with the ability to analyze project performance and recommend improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis

• Monitor ongoing project progress against baseline schedules and identify any potential delays

• Recommend and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track

• Prepare and present detailed progress reports and performance updates to senior management and stakeholders

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution phases

• Utilize Primavera P6 and other planning tools to optimize scheduling efficiency

• Ensure all planning activities comply with project requirements and timelines

Job Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and related planning software

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Prior experience working on large-scale villa or residential construction projects in the UAE is highly preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
