Senior Property Accountant

Kinz Group is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for finance professionals with experience in property management accounting who are capable of handling complex portfolios and delivering accurate financial reporting.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a diverse property portfolio, including two large towers consisting of both residential and commercial units, with potential involvement in hotel operations. This position requires strong coordination with management and a thorough understanding of real estate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Accounting: Manage financial records and reporting for residential and commercial property portfolios.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations related to property operations.
• Portfolio Management: Handle accounting activities for large-scale assets, ensuring all transactions are recorded and monitored efficiently.
• Reporting: Work closely with the Finance Manager or Head of Property Management to provide insights and financial updates.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounting processes align with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.
