Noorzad Properties is seeking an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Senior Property Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing and investing in Dubai’s real estate market while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and market information.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing and regulations.
• Develop a strong understanding of the market and available inventory.
• Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process, including documentation and transaction procedures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors and industry professionals.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
