Senior Qhse Officer

Description:

A reputed organization is currently hiring a Senior QHSE Officer to strengthen its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in food safety compliance and quality management systems, particularly within the catering or hospitality industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring strict adherence to UAE food safety regulations while maintaining high operational standards. Immediate joiners who are locally available will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures across operations

• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and Food Safety Management Systems

• Conduct internal audits and support ISO certification requirements

• Monitor adherence to UAE food safety regulations and industry guidelines

• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Provide training and guidance on safety and quality standards

• Maintain documentation and reporting related to QHSE activities

• Collaborate with teams to ensure continuous improvement in safety and quality processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• 4–6 years of QHSE experience in catering or hospitality sector

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety systems

• In-depth understanding of UAE food safety regulations

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools

• Immediate joiners preferred (must be locally available)
