Senior Quality Control Officer

Golden Gate Dairy Products Manufacturing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our Quality Assurance operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in the food or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to QA procedures.
• Assist in audits, sampling procedures, and implementation of corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain records and reports related to quality control activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in food or FMCG quality control operations.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and FSSC standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar quality control role.
