Senior Quantity Surveyor

Copri Construction Enterprises is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is a pivotal role within our infrastructure project division, where the selected candidate will take charge of all cost and contract-related responsibilities, ensuring optimal financial management of large-scale road and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate is an experienced quantity surveying professional with a solid background in UAE infrastructure works, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead cost planning and budgeting processes from inception through to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Take-offs: Accurately interpret drawings and specifications to extract quantities for estimation and planning purposes.

• Cost Planning: Develop structured and stage-aligned cost plans that ensure full financial visibility and control.

• Budget Management: Set and monitor the project cost baseline while forecasting and managing budgets across the project lifecycle.

• Contract Administration: Manage contract terms and conditions, process variations and claims, and ensure compliance throughout project execution.

• Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Support procurement by providing BOQs and assisting in vendor evaluations where required.

• Project Reporting: Provide regular cost reports, track expenditure, and support the financial health of the project.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of UAE-based experience specifically within roads and infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Strong command of AutoCAD, CostX, Planswift, or equivalent quantity surveying software tools.

• Deep knowledge of local contracting laws, cost control techniques, and project lifecycle stages.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver within budget.
