Senior Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our team and take responsibility for managing project costs, budgets, and contractual matters across civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost control, contract administration, and proficiency in QS software, with a keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Manage project costs, variations, and budgets effectively.
• Review drawings and specifications for accurate take-offs.
• Handle commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the project team from tender stage through to final account.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in civil contracting, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong skills in cost control and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software such as AutoCAD and CostX.
• Detail-oriented, commercially savvy, and passionate about construction projects.
