This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and the fast-paced world of real estate. The selected candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber real estate talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Build a strong pipeline of real estate professionals for sales, leasing, and management positions.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure all documentation aligns with company policies.
- Represent the company professionally at industry networking events and career fairs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
