We are urgently seeking a talented and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our real estate team and lead our hiring efforts. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in real estate recruitment and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Your Role Will Include:
✅ Collaborating with hiring managers to identify immediate staffing needs across sales, leasing, property management, and corporate teams
✅ Implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top real estate professionals
✅ Conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure both cultural and technical alignment
✅ Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle efficiently and effectively
✅ Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring requirements

We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in real estate recruitment, preferably within the UAE market
🔹 Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with an agency
🔹 Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
🔹 Highly proactive, results-driven, and capable of working under tight deadlines
