As a principal consultant at our Dubai office, you will be responsible for leading business development and expanding our client base across the Financial Services sector.

The Position

  • You will be responsible for building your client base based on your knowledge of the sector and your network.
  • Our framework enables and supports you in continuously developing new client relationships while helping you manage your existing clients.

 

Key Role Objectives

  • Once your strategy is in place, you will plan, coordinate, and drive business development activities.
  • Handle recruiting analysis and ensure our CRM system tracks, updates, and maintains all recruiting and candidate knowledge.
  • Multi-task and manage various recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Continuously develop new initiatives to attract new clients in emerging markets.
  • Run the entire recruitment cycle from client creation through to delivery.
  • Identify improvements to the recruitment process and collaborate to refine our business model and service delivery.
  • Research news and developments affecting relevant industry sectors to build market knowledge and credibility.
  • Willing and able to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidate profiles.
  • Have an exceptional client service focus, focusing on producing quality solutions for our clients' businesses.

 

Accountabilities

  • Focus on various roles, varying in seniority across geographies, sector verticals, and functions.
  • Work independently to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers, serving as a true thought partner.
  • Promote and build the Binding Partnership name in the marketplace, acting continuously as a brand ambassador.
  • Contribute to developing binding partnerships in new markets, countries, and other areas.

 

Relationships

  • Ability to communicate clearly and build trust based on working relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • The position will report to and work with the Managing Partner.
  • To collaborate with consultant colleagues on new client initiatives and shared mandates.
  • You would work closely with both of the above to devise your strategy, develop client initiatives, build your brand, and share ideas.

 

Experience

  • Experience in the Middle East market, as well as in European or Asian markets, is essential.
  • It is essential to be entrepreneurially minded and have a flair for business development.
  • Track record of solid mandate generation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures by asking the right questions.
