The ideal candidate will bring proven experience from a high-end café or upscale casual dining environment and demonstrate strong operational knowledge combined with excellent leadership skills. This role requires someone who can confidently manage floor operations while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.
• Manage guest experience by maintaining high hospitality standards and professionally handling complaints or special requests.
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to brand standards.
• Implement effective upselling strategies to enhance revenue while improving overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor team productivity and maintain a strong, visible presence on the restaurant floor.
