Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer- Construction Chemicals, located in United Arab Emirates. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth and revenue of construction chemicals. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the construction chemicals industry
  • Strong knowledge of the construction and building materials market
  • Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed sales reports and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in Construction Chemicals in UAE.
