Zaecy is a leading athleisure brand in the UAE, embodying the ethos of "Made to Move." We focus on crafting sustainable and versatile garments designed for active lifestyles. To expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to drive growth and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in gyms, sports centres, schools, and other organizations requiring large orders for uniforms, t-shirts, or sportswear.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify prospective clients across the UAE.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, orders, and support.
- Collaborations:
- Explore partnerships with gyms and fitness centres to display or sell Zaecy garments.
- Negotiate and finalize collaboration agreements that align with brand objectives.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to the management team.
- Track progress against sales goals and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in apparel, sportswear, or a related industry.
- Location: Candidate must be based in Dubai.
- License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Skills:
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.
