Senior Sales Executive

 

Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years plus of enterprise sales experience and people who managing strategic client relationships whilst continuing to drive new business growth across the UAE market.

 

The position will involve a strong focus on Account Management (approximately 70%) alongside New Business Development activities targeting large enterprise clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts
  • Build long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities across existing clients
  • Drive new business acquisition within large enterprise organisations
  • Lead complex B2B sales cycles from initial engagement through to close
  • Work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong market awareness across the Financial Services landscape

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience within B2B enterprise sales
  • Background within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Banking or related sectors preferred
  • Strong track record managing high value client relationships
  • Experience selling into large enterprise organisations
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocating to the UAE
