We are seeking high-performing, pure hunters from the insurance brokerage sector to drive aggressive new business acquisition across the UAE. This role is for individuals who thrive on prospecting, closing, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role with strong commissions, suited for senior sales professionals aiming to scale within a fast-growing insurance advisory firm.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end new business acquisition across Health Insurance.
  • Develop, implement, and execute a relentless hunting strategy for corporate and individual insurance clients.
  • Build and own a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Present insurance solutions to CXOs, HR leaders, corporate decision-makers, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Work closely with internal underwriting, operations, and advisory teams to structure winning proposals.
  • Stay updated on UAE insurance products, TPA networks, carrier pricing, and regulatory requirements.

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • Mandatory: Proven hunter in the UAE insurance sector (not account management).
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of B2B or B2C insurance sales experience.
  • Strong network in the UAE insurance ecosystem (corporates, HR, SMEs, expat communities).
  • Experience working with brokers
  • UAE market experience is mandatory.
