The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily sales activities and provide operational support to the sales team
• Handle customer orders, quotations, and pricing processes accurately
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
• Track sales leads, follow up effectively, and assist in converting leads into business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, documentation, and presentations for management review
• Coordinate with logistics, delivery, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support roles
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and supporting sales operations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales documentation processes
