Senior Sales Supervisor

Description:

Responsible to continuously expand Retail Business and to be present at local market through organized retail stores and domestic multiple retail chains. 

·   Micro managing sales team of 35 employees to acheive assigned sales target / Product Mix / Quality on monthly basis.

·   Coordinate with our operator on day to day operations and managing the existing retail locations by following all procedures in compliance with legal and operations level.

·       Manage and implement in-store events and activities.

·       Develop business cases and strategy to ensure proper locations and profitability.

·       Keep an eye on the market to anticipate market development and competition.

·       Negotiate listing conditions and get best ROI possible.

·       Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand market needs and align with other group team members on regional presence.

The Successful Applicant

·       At least 2 years of team mangement experience in UAE.

·       Bachelor’s degree
