Senior Scaffolding Design Engineer

Quad Dream is looking for an experienced Senior Scaffolding Design Engineer to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is suitable for engineering professionals with strong technical expertise in scaffolding design, temporary works, and structural systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing design solutions, performing engineering calculations, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring scaffolding structures meet required safety and design standards. Candidates with UAE/GCC experience and strong knowledge of temporary works systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare scaffolding design drawings, calculation reports, and material schedules.

• Perform structural design calculations and ensure compliance with relevant design standards.

• Coordinate with project teams and site personnel to support effective execution of scaffolding works.

• Review scaffolding systems and temporary works requirements to provide safe and practical solutions.

• Support project delivery by ensuring designs meet technical and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of scaffolding design experience.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and structural analysis software.

• Strong design calculation and site coordination skills.

• Knowledge of scaffolding systems, temporary works, and relevant design standards.

• Ability to prepare technical drawings, engineering reports, and material schedules.

• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Scaffolding design and temporary works engineering.

• Structural analysis and engineering calculations.

• Construction site coordination and safety standards.
