Senior Site Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer / Construction Manager (Enabling & Structural Works – High-Rise) located in Abu Dhabi. The professional will manage and supervise all on-site activities for enabling and structural works of high-rise projects. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines, quality control, coordination with civil engineers and other stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication. The role involves overseeing site operations, conducting regular inspections, and providing technical guidance to the construction team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Experience in on-site project management and supervision
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Expertise in quality control and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-rise construction projects (mandatory)

• UAE or GCC experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of deep foundations, shoring, and dewatering
• Professional certification in project management is a plus
