Glimpse Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing our organization's social media presence and developing effective strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will oversee the implementation of social media campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and provide insightful analysis to optimize our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the client's marketing objectives. Taking into account the target audience segments tailor content to resonate with each segment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and technologies.
- Create content calendars, concepts, and captions for at least 2-3 clients. Content types include static images, videos, cinemagraphs, Tiktok/Reels.
- Plan, execute, and facilitate production shoots for social media content.
- Effectively communicate the clients needs to the internal team and vice versa.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for all social media channels. Schedule posts at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement. (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Influencer management - Communicate and negotiate with influencers should the client request for collaborations.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all content adheres to relevant laws and regulations, including copyright and data protection.
- Working closely with the design team, paid media specialist, etc. to deliver solid monthly content.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a social media agency
