Senior Software Engineer

MCG Talent are recruiting a Senior for an exciting, FinTech startup based in Dubai. Joining as a key player in the engineering team, this role involves developing the platform, systems design and reviewing the code. As such, startup and product development experience is essential for this incredible opportunity.

Responsibilities and experience:

• Write REST APIs for web/mobile integration using PHP Laravel.
• Design and develop web applications using JavaScript and React.
• Document APIs and communicate with the team.
• Integrate REST APIs with web applications.
• Regular code review to make sure quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 + years Software Engineering experience
• Strong background in PHP, Laravel, React, MySQL and Git.
• Experience in REST API development using JSON standards.
• Experience in advanced MySQL features like stored procedures, views, etc.
