Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Stewarding Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality environment.

Position: Senior Stewarding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

*Supervise daily stewarding operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen and back-of-house areas
*Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team to maintain efficiency, productivity, and discipline
*Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks, and monitor attendance and performance of team members
*Ensure proper handling, use, storage, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and cleaning chemicals
*Enforce strict compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and hotel hygiene standards at all times
*Coordinate closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth kitchen and service operations
*Monitor inventory levels, assist in cost control, and report operational requirements to management
*Act as a role model by promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department
