Currently looking for a candidate to join our already great Team in Abu Dhabi for the position of "Senior Systems Administration and Support"

Requirements:

* Arabic Speaker is a must

* Responsible for leading the Support Function, ensuring all Tickets are logged and prioritized in line with SLAs and ensuring all Customer Service Requests are proactively fulfilled

* Responsible for ensuring all Incidents are investigated and key users are kept up to date on progress and responsible for the initial Root Cause Analysis (debugging) of all Problems and their timely escalation if required

* Receive IT service calls from End users and assign to the responsible team/ technician.

* Handling End users requests and obtaining necessary approvals before proceeding.

* Follow-up on resolution of the previous tickets assigned to the various IT teams.

* Troubleshooting and resolving end user's issues by connecting to user laptop remotely using remote tool.

* Responsible for Identifying, arranging and implementing suitable solutions to Bugs/Problems and monitoring the health applications and investigations as required

* Ability to work as part of a team and always take pride in the quality of their work and to support 24/7 on emergency

* Have solid experience with Oracle Developer 10G and 12c, and Oracle DB, and manage some projects

* Manage access to users in all systems
