Senior Technical Consultant

#Key Responsibilities:

>Lead end-to-end implementation of SolarWinds suite of products (e.g., NPM, NCM, SAM, NetFlow, VMAN, etc.) across large-scale enterprise environments.

>Perform requirement analysis, design architecture, and plan deployments tailored to client infrastructure and business needs.

>Configure and customize SolarWinds tools to align with the enterprise IT infrastructure monitoring strategy.

>Integrate SolarWinds with other ITSM and operational tools (ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.).

>Create detailed documentation, including HLD/LLD, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.

>Optimize existing SolarWinds environments through performance tuning and updates.

>Conduct health checks, troubleshooting, and provide expert-level support and incident resolution.

>Work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

>Train and mentor internal teams on SolarWinds best practices and usage.

#Required Qualifications:

>8+ years of hands-on experience with SolarWinds implementation and administration in enterprise IT environments.

>Strong knowledge of SolarWinds products, modules, and architecture.

Experience with designing and deploying scalable monitoring solutions.

>Proven track record of successful implementations and integration with third-party tools.

>Deep understanding of network infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and virtualization platforms.

>Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.

>Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
