Hiring Senior Test Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for various projects
- Lead the execution of test cases and report defects
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that products are properly tested
- Create and maintain automated testing scripts
- Keep abreast of new testing tools and technologies, and recommend improvements to our current testing processes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test analysts
- Participate in planning and design meetings to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process
- Analyze and report on test results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
- Experience with test automation, continuous integration, and agile development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Experience with Jira, Selenium, and load testing is a plus
