Description:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and dependable Website Developer who can manage and optimize our portfolio of websites and those of our clients.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven — able to diagnose and resolve issues before they surface, improve site structure, enhance SEO performance, and handle technical configurations end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring every website under our umbrella runs efficiently, loads fast, integrates flawlessly with third-party tools, and aligns with modern digital and SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, manage, maintain, and continuously improve all company and client websites.
- Develop new pages and ensure responsive, conversion-focused designs using modern themes (Divi, Elementor, Astra, etc.).
- Diagnose and fix complex website or server issues (403/500... errors, plugin conflicts, broken redirects, etc.) promptly.
- Configure and optimize CRMs, email systems, analytics, and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp,ActiveCampaign, Cloudflare, Google tools).
- Ensure strong security, backups, SSL management, and uptime monitoring.
- Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, and 360° SEO (technical, on-page, and structural).
- Improve website architecture, speed, and user flow to enhance engagement and lead conversions.
- Maintain clean, organized documentation of all web systems, credentials, and setups.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and landing pages.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress design, development, and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, cPanel, hosting, and domain management.
- Proven expertise in Divi, Elementor, Astra, or other modern WordPress frameworks.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CRMs, marketing automation, and email configurations.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, PHP basics, MySQL, and plugin troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO structure, site optimization, and web analytics tools.
- Strong ability to identify potential issues and implement preventative solutions.
- Excellent time management — able to prioritize and resolve tasks efficiently.
