  1. Service Advisor ( Native Arabic Speaking)
  1. Role & Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:-
  2. · Interacting with customers and attending to their queries and inquires.
  3. · Attending Service calls of customers to schedule Appointments
  4. · Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  5. · Prepare the monthly target/actual monitoring system and discuss it with team
  6. · Record on the Job Card any additional instructions authorized by the customer
  7. · Follow up while the repair is in progress to ensure its completion on schedule in accordance with repair instructions and update Customers regularly.
  8. · Make sure that additional parts required for orders are monitored and status informed to the customer
  9. · Advices customers for a future maintenance schedule and other services required
  10. · Ensure 100% delivery of cars as promised to the customer on time and ensure that all vehicles for release are cleaned and ready based on the standards
  11. · Develops and maintain customers relation and ensure customer business growth
  12. · Focus on quality of customer service and regular follow up
  13. · Promoting Service Contract Agreements, Extended Warranty, and other Service products (upselling)
  14. Experience in Benz is highly on demand.
