Service Advisor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, well-organized, and capable of managing job cards, customer follow-ups, and coordinating with technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
• Prepare job cards and provide accurate service estimates
• Coordinate between workshop technicians and customers
• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Service Advisor in the UAE
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
