Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

• Explain repair recommendations, service options, and estimated timelines.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Strong knowledge of:
