Description:

SIBCA is currently seeking a Service Coordinator to support its operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in project or service management within the technology, ELV, or telecom integration sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee daily service activities and manage field operations effectively.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and service documentation.
• Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist with planning and implementing service strategies to maximize resource allocation and efficiency.
• Support project teams by tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining structured processes.
• Monitor project/service progress, escalate challenges when necessary, and provide detailed status updates to management.

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong planning, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
