Service Desk Analyst required

Job Location: Dubai

  • 5 years of work experience in a first-level IT Help Desk role.
  • Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, outlook, mobile devices, VPN technologies.
  • Experience in Banking Applications and Microsoft platforms (Preferred).
  • PC repair and troubleshooting skills, Microsoft-related certification is preferred.
  • Service-oriented mentality with a strong customer focus.
  • Expertise in End-user technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of mobile devices.
  • Familiar with data transfers from IOS to Android and vice versa.
  • Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
  • Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
