🕒 Experience: 2-6 Years
✈️ Priority: Candidates currently based in the UAE. Outside UAE? Immediate joiners with prior UAE experience only.

🛠️ Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–6 years of hands-on experience in hashtag#ITSupport, ideally within a fast-paced 24x7 environment.
Solid understanding of:
WindowsOS, MicrosoftOfficeSuite, and ActiveDirectory
Remote support tools and ITSM hashtag#ticketing platforms (like ServiceNow, Symphony)
Basic networking, server monitoring, and incident escalation protocols
Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking.
